White’s is looking to fill houseparent positions at our campus in Wabash, Ind.
As a houseparent, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of at-risk children and teens who are in need of guidance, support and love. Our continuum of care offers the chance for hurting children — no matter their age, background, or situation — to receive the care, treatment, structure and counseling they need to experience healing.

Houseparents can help kids learn to function in a home-like setting, by example and teaching. Houseparents can offer: healthy values, a safe and secure structured environment, and opportunities for relationship building. Houseparents will work as a full member of a treatment team for a cottage of residents.
Aside from the daily responsibilities of providing clear rules, coordinating daily routines and supervising activities, counseling students and parents, engaging in conflict resolution and more, houseparents should also be committed to our mission, vision and values.
