Foster parents create a change for good in children's lives.

Children Served

White’s serves children from a variety of backgrounds. Our staff matches these children with the utmost care to the appropriate home so that both our foster families and the child can be successful. And, we provide ongoing training and visits for foster families, helping them feel connected and supported.

White’s serves infants, medically needy children, pregnant teens, sibling groups, school age children, teens and older teens. To meet the needs of these children, all of our homes are licensed as either special needs or therapeutic, that is, contributing to the health and wholeness of the individual child. Among our different kinds of homes, we have foster homes specially trained to work with children and youth with a variety of needs and mentor foster family homes for older youth.

In addition to the above, there are independent living settings for youth transitioning from White’s care to independence. Mentor homes allow teens to rent a room or share an apartment while remaining under adult supervision.
