Admissions

All requests for placement receive a response in 24 hours or less.

Placing at White’s

White’s accepts placement from county DCS and probation offices, the Department of Corrections, Department of Education, private placements, and other referring agencies. Typically, White’s accepts youth enrolled in grades 6 through 12 with an IQ that exceeds 75.

For home-based, independent living, or adoption refferals, please contact Hazel Hooven at 574-291-9300 or via e-mail at hazel.hooven@whitesrfs.org.

Residential Referral Process

For more efficient placement, please make sure you have the following information available:

Age, gender, IQ of the youth
What program you are seeking (open, substance abuse, sexually maladaptive)
General description of the youth’s situation
Any reports or evaluations of the youth
